JIM KUPRES
Guitars / Vocals
Jim is the driving force behind DASH RED. Through High School and college,
Jim jumped from band to band. When he decided to play for himself was when the music started to flow.
Jim has composed over fifty songs in his lifetime and the bulk of the music
played by DASH. His writing talents, dedication and drive have been the glue that has kept Dash Red
together.
Jim loves to fish, he loves board games and will challenge anybody
to a hearty round of RISK. Jim and his wife Kathy have one child, a girl, Emily.
Right now that's a whole lot to handle.
Jim's music interests vary greatly but he has been strongly influenced
by the Beatles, the Stones and the power guitar bands of the 70's and 80's.
